About Us

Justin, the sole proprietor of After the Fact, has been working in the building and remodeling industry for 25 years. He began remodeling rental properties for his mother in the 80’s. In 1992 he began work for a real estate management company remodeling and performing make ready for 105 rental properties.


The summer of 1995 Justin began work in the residential new construction market of Norman contributing to completion of several East and South East and North East Ideal homes neighborhoods. In 1998 he enrolled at The University of Oklahoma in the Construction Science (management) Program and took his first management job at Johns Manville in 2002 as a Production Supervisor. He worked for Johns Manville as project management, Lead of the Safety Program and Head of Quality control until March of 2008 when he ventured out on his own. This led to the starting of After the Fact Remodeling and Reconstruction.
